Our client was referred to Diva after she was faced with financial and emotional pressures, all whilst dealing with domestic abuse and facing life as a single parent.
Our client had a joint mortgage with her partner however it is the banks’ policy to place only one party as the Primary Contact – Which lead to almost losing her house due to her partner not informing her of the current status of him not making the mortgage payments.

Divorced after 19 years of marriage, our client was a Director of a company in her husband’s name. She placed her faith and trust in him only to be lied to about her “responsibilities’. as a Director, and was now left with considerable legal debts.
