In addition to taxation, bookkeeping, and other financial services, we offer financial education programs for youth, university students, and mothers and daughters, providing the basics of everyday finance and management in a fun and simple manner.

DIVA Financial Supports Women to Rise Above Financial Abuse

DIVA Financial is for ALL women.

We do, however, have specialist experience supporting women who have endured financial abuse from a relationship partner, carer or family member. Financial abuse can also be inflicted by systemic organisational malpractice. These are acts that can be erroneous and difficult to combat and expose, given we are dealing with human behaviour.

Financial abuse happens when an abuser takes away someone’s access to their money, uses money without consent and manipulates someone’s financial decisions to gain power and control. Or worse, to cover up their own mismanagement.

Financial abuse victims also commonly suffer other types of physical or emotional abuse, often leaving victims feeling, vulnerable, isolated and powerless.

DIVA Financial was founded by Melissa Cuturich in 2015. As a single parent with three small children, she has worked in worked in diverse industries ranging from Construction to Company Restructure and the Financial Sector for three decades, learning countless survival skills she now shares with other brave women.

This experience led Melissa to form DIVA Financial, assembling a team of legislative, social, and financial experts. We offer a holistic approach to financial management, from opening a bank account to retirement and beyond, ensuring predictability and stability in your life. We provide the most transparent options when facing legislative, financial, or social dilemmas.
